Shipping and returns
We will ship your order to Belgium, the Netherlands or Luxembourg. For orders above 50€, we do not charge shipping costs. For orders below 50€ shipping costs are 6€ for Belgium and the Netherlands and 10€ for Luxembourg.
As soon as we have received your order and payment, we will send you a confirmation. Orders placed on working days before 12 o'clock noon are usually dispatched the same day with GLS or DPD. Orders placed after 12 o' clock noon or on weekends will be shipped the next working day.
BABYmatters aims for fast service, we try to have your orders delivered to your home within 2 to 3 working days. Delays at the transport company are of course beyond our control.
Of course we hope you are delighted with your purchase, but it can always happen that you are not satisfied with the product after all. In this case, you can return the product to us within 14 days of purchase (at your own expense). You can opt for a replacement product or a refund.
How does it work?
- Send us an e-mail to notify us of your return: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Send the product in an appropriate box to the address below. Shipping costs are at your own expense.

- IMPORTANT: the product must be complete, unused and still in its original and undamaged packaging.
- If your package is lost during return, we cannot reimburse you.
- After receiving and checking with us, we will refund you using the payment method used at the time of purchase.
If you experience a defect with a product, we will respect the legally defined warranty period of the product from the day it was delivered.
Unfortunately, we cannot take back products that have been dropped, are worn or show signs of misuse.
In case of a complaint, always contact us at email@example.com. It is easy if you immediately attach some photos to this e-mail and clearly describe the complaint. This will speed up the processing of the complaint.
