Beyond, BeSafe's new car seat concept, has been nominated for Baby Innovation Award 2024 in the 'Mobility' category. Available from May 2024, BeSafe Beyond consists of a rotating ISOFIX base with separate infant and child seat. But what is (still) unique about this concept?

One of the innovative aspects of BeSafe Beyond is that the infant seat, with active lay-flat function, goes into safety mode upon impact. This is in contrast to other lay-flat seats currently available. These seats always remain 'flat' in a collision, resulting in higher impact on the neck.

Furthermore, both seats are lightweight and very user-friendly. Both operating the carrying handle and rotating both seats can easily be done with one hand. A nice extra is the flexible sunshade, with single-sided option.

But ... BeSafe does not disappoint in terms of durability either! For example, Beyond uses sustainable materials in its development, thus extending its lifespan from 7 years to 15 years. By the way, this 360°, rotating car seat concept is suitable up to 125 cm (or 6 years).

In short, a deserved contender for this Award!
